The bassinet is built around breathability at every level. The vented base pulls air from underneath and circulates it upward through the sleep surface. The removable perforated mattress pad adds a second layer of airflow directly beneath the baby. The canopy unzips fully for additional ventilation on warmer days and closes for coverage in cooler weather. The extendable UPF 50+ sunshade protects against sun exposure during longer outings and the included bug shield covers outdoor use across all seasons.

The one-hand, one-button release detaches the bassinet from the stroller frame in a single motion and attaches directly to the UPPAbaby Bassinet Stand (sold separately), making it a bedside overnight sleep solution without transferring a sleeping baby to a separate surface.
