With the Acid 240 Hybrid Rookie, young mountain bikers benefit from an extra portion of forward thrust - and are always motivated to ride at the front, even on long family rides. Exactly the same technologies are used here as in our adult e-mountain bikes, for example the Bosch Active motor, which works hand in hand with the easy-to-use 9-speed gears from Shimano . And the Suntour XCT JR fork, which is specifically designed to meet the needs of younger, lighter riders and smoothly compensates for bumps on trails. What else? A child-specific cockpit and saddle for a super comfortable riding position, plus powerful hydraulic disc brakes for safe braking. Bored on tour with the family? Not with this bike!

When developing their high-quality drive systems, Bosch engineers probably didn't have a children's bike in mind. But that didn't stop us from skilfully integrating such a system into our perfectly proportioned Acid 240 Hybrid Rookie frame. This e-bike chassis for youngsters hits the trails with the same design and technologies as our adult e-mountain bikes. This guarantees a lot of driving fun and a high level of safety at the same time! We have moved the trains neatly inside, which significantly reduces maintenance costs. There are also mounting points for a CUBE side stand.
