This large and in charge stompbox is as real as it gets, with an actual Tube inside the unit for all of the warmth and authenticity that you could ever wish for in a drive pedal. Not to be mistaken for its predecessor, the B. K. Butler Tube Driver, this pcb is quite a bit different and the circuit has a slightly different EQ stage. However, this rendition still kicks ass. Production years from 1987-1989. This specific unit has been modded to have the transformer inside the unit. There is no bulky wallwart on this one. Much easier to deal with!
