For those props that are longer than 60cm/24 inches, your order will arrive in separate pieces. The pieces will either slide into each other or screw into each other, no extra assembly needed. You can use it without gluing together. Even then, a small tube of superglue will be provided in case you want to put your prop together permanently.

Please handle your item with care and don't let it sit under the sun, and/or don't leave it in your car on a hot day for too long.

Refund Policy

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

• Refunds, returns, or exchanges are only offered if the item arrives damaged or not as described.
• You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
• Items must be returned in original condition.

Custom Orders

• Custom items are only refundable if they arrive damaged, defective, or not as described — a change of mind (gift recipient changes, finances, etc.) is not grounds for a refund. Genuine product issues will always be made right with a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

• Cancel within 24 hours for a full refund.
• Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
