The Cybex VR2 Single Axis Pulldown features an open-style bar that allows movement in optimal planes and a drive mechanism that provides for ideal variable resistance.

Cybex VR2 is a 32-piece high performance line of resistance strength training equipment. It provides users with a premium quality experience with features for total comfort, safety, and ease of use. Innovative Dual Axis technology on select upper body movements allows the user to determine their own path of movement and provides resistance in two directions to ensure biomechanically superior results.

A Cybex VR2 Single Axis Lat Pulldown is, and can best be described as follows: A Lat Pulldown is a plate-loaded or selectorized piece of fitness equipment designed to strengthen the back and shoulder muscles when the user smoothly pulls down an overhead bar and squeezes the shoulder blades together. The user is seated with the knees braced under pads and grasps the overhead bar with the desired width and grip for the specific muscle(s) being trained.
