• 1. Ensure you have the required Honda Woodruff Key (Part # 90741-657-000).
  2. Do not use an impact gun; torque the cam gear bolt to 23 ft-lbs for aftermarket chilled cast performance camshafts (27 ft-lbs for OEM camshafts).
  3. Apply a small drop of removable thread locker like BLUE Loctite on the cam gear bolt.
  4. Reinstall the timing belt, ensuring proper mechanical timing with the engine at TDC.
  5. Use the EZ-Dial Adjuster to degree in your camshaft. Advance or retard the cam as desired using the directional markings and timing scale.
  6. Tighten the (4) 5mm Allen head locking bolts to 18 ft-lbs, applying thread locker as needed.
