- DUAL FUNCTION: Works with the two most common cycling cleats, compatible with SPD & Delta system. Enjoy your ride whichever way you want! A set of compatible Delta cleats (9 degree) & Shimano SPD cleats (similar to SM-SH51 model) are included. The cleats tension is adjustable for clip in and out feelings by screwing the side of the pedal.
- EASY TO INSTALL - Clearly marked L (left)/ R (Right) makes pedal installation quick and easy. Simply use a 15mm open-end wrench to install pedal onto your indoor bike.
