Charon: Re-imagined. The Charon v2 Mod is a brand new take on the original circuit, taking it from a mild-mannered fuzzstortion, to a real ripper of a fuzz, full of character. With its combination of modern silicon and vintage germanium transistors, we modified the circuit to give the germanium the upper hand, leading to significantly more texture and dynamic interaction.
We also adjusted the LOWS control to provide more pronounced control over the low-frequency focused tone control of the original.
As if that wasn’t enough, we also re-imagined the visual aesthetics for the Charon v2 Mod, giving it a brand new logo design on its custom engraved faceplate. This is a new, exciting take on the Charon circuit that we can’t wait for you to try.
