Designed for indoor use, this light will help your seedlings get the light they need to grow healthy and strong. The 11-inch height of the fixture allows you to take advantage of this light source from seed to young plant. Full spectrum grow lights mimic natural sunlight, which help to keep your indoor seedlings from becoming "leggy" or reaching for light from a ceiling fixture.

For the best seedlings, provide 16-18 hours of direct light daily. Our grow light uses only only 22.75 X 2 X 4 of counter top space, yet supports 240 small blocked plants (4 large trays of 60) until they go to the garden.
