At the heart of this Made in USA eight-stack system is the cable crossover station, a staple for upper body strength training and functional workouts. The crossover station provides a full range of motion, enabling users to target their chest, shoulders, and core effectively. On one of the top crossmembers, you'll find a multi-grip pull-up bar, offering a variety of hand positions to work different muscle groups during pull-ups, chin-ups, and hanging leg raises.

Each side of the Legend 8 Stack Jungle Gym 959 is equipped with a lat pull-down, a seated row, and a tricep station. The lat pull-down stations allow users to build a strong back and improve their posture, while the seated row stations target the middle back and improve overall pulling strength. The tricep stations are perfect for isolating and sculpting the triceps, making this jungle gym a comprehensive solution for upper body development.

WEIGHT STACK INFORMATION

• Cable Crossover: Two 150-pound weight stacks with 2:1 reduction are standard. You can upgrade to 200, 250, or 300 pounds.
• Lat Pulldown Stations: Both lat pulldowns come with a 200-pound weight stack. Upgrades to 250 and 300 pounds are available.
• Seated Rows Stations: Both seated rows come standard with 200-pound weight stacks. Upgrades to 250 and 300 pounds are available.
• Tricep Stations: Both tricep stations come with 150-pound weight stacks. You can upgrade to 200, 250, or 300 pounds.

Note that adding weight may decrease the range of motion by up to 10 inches.

NOTE: The feet of all pin select machines now feature 3.5 x 3-inch bolt-down tabs for enhanced safety and stability. The dimensions stated here properly reflect this change, but the bolt-down tabs may not be pictured in the photos above.
