SHIPPING: All orders generally process and ship within 2-3 business days, in some cases that may be shorter or longer depending on the time of year and amount of orders we receive to process. The handling time listed in the shipping section will best reflect how long it will take for your order to process and ship. 

Delivery times within the Continental USA are 4-10 business days from the time of shipment, Alaska, Hawaii and all other US Territories need to allow up to 7 extra days for delivery. 

International delivery can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks and in some rare cases up to 6 weeks for delivery. The delivery time will depend greatly on how the package is handled by your Government upon arrival into your country, should the package get held up for importation inspection it can delay delivery into the 3-6 week range. 

This item is guaranteed to arrive in the condition as stated if you should have a problem with your purchase please contact us FIRST before leaving negative feedback or opening a complaint so that we can work with you to resolve the problem.

 RETURNS: We DO NOT accept returns for buyer remorse (you changed your mind or no longer want it). 

We do NOT accept returns because you were using a mobile app and didn't bother to take the time to read the item description, that's your fault, not ours.

Items that are new and have been opened and used are non-refundable for any reason. 

Items that are defective will be refunded or you can have credit towards another item after the defective item is received back and we confirm it's defective, then and only then will we issue a refund plus $1.00 for return shipping costs.

There is a 14 day return policy for defective items. 

We DO NOT accept returns for items that have been used and damaged by you.
