Tent Colours
Our hire fleet includes blue, green, and orange TentBox Lite XL tents. Tents are allocated on a random basis, and colour selection is not available for hire bookings.
Collection & Return Times
Collection Times
- Monday & Thursday: 12:00pm – 2:30pm
- Friday & Saturday: 12:00pm – 5:30pm
Return Times
- Monday & Thursday: 9:00am – 10:00am
- Friday & Saturday: 8:00am – 10:00am
A late return fee of £10 per 30 minutes applies outside these hours to allow sufficient cleaning and preparation time for the next customer.

Hire Terms & Trailer Care
Please note that any damage or loss to the trailer or equipment during the hire period will be chargeable at repair or replacement cost, plus a £125 administration fee.
For the protection and peace of mind of both our customers and our team, detailed videos and condition checks are carried out before collection and upon return of all hires.
